Looks like we have enough for the minimum requirement to run it now. If anyone else is coming and could pay in advance that would help very much for us to organise food budget, trophies and potential prizes as well.

Just looking at hotels. Can travel across on Saturday morning so won't need one for Saturday night, but will for Sunday, and Travelodge have cheap rooms and early check in.
Just right for a couple of hours kip then dinner.

Both very close to the venue. Travelodge is near enough, probs about a mile.

Speaking of the BATC aftermath, I was going to ask who will be staying around for the post BATC brunch? Undoubtedly the most fun and frazzled tournament social on the circuit. You wouldn't want to miss it...
