Here's the Rulespack! A few slight tweaks from Flame Bowl 3, will be interesting to see if it has a big impact on team choices.

Price for Flame Bowl tickets this year will be £30 (£35 for non NAF) - this is up £5 on last time, but buffet lunch will be provided on both days. As ever, all money raised after paying for the event and prizes will go to Cancer Research UK.
