Well thats the cost of the venue covered.
trying to sort out food for lunch both days and mabe on the Sat evening too. (that might be a little extra on the day, along with an evening social, trying to get some bowlin on camp with food sorted)
The main thing will be the cost and how many people sign up between now and the end of April. If i'm still short on numbers i may have to cancel the food and social option.

As newquay is so far out the way i tried to keep the entry price low but we'd lost our free venue and once i'd covered the cost of a new one (which got put up as not enough people booked into their rooms) plus prizes as i'd put a painted team as 1st (to try and tempt people down) i was out of pocket.
year before i broke even and i'd done a bbq on the sat evening at my house too.
