Hey all
Thx to everyone for a cool event from the danish camp.
We had a good time, although it was the worst result for us ever - and I promise you won´t see Goblins again in the future at the eurobowl ;)
Well at the least not from us...
Special thx to Lycos and Jeff for giving us a ride.
Thx guys.
Gratz to Italy for winning again, as well as the French and English teams for their respective podium places :)

So until next year

Hi guys.

Just like to say a big thanks to everyone for making it such a fun & friendly weekend.

I have to agree with all the previous posts , the Spanish guys done us proud. Everything under one roof worked really well. It made the social side fantastic in my opinion.

I'd also like to thank all my opponents for putting up with all my noob mistakes and being patient when I was struggling. I hope to play to a higher standard next time :)

See you all again next year in Italy whether I make the team or not.

Cheers!

Ally

Cheers from a Swiss coach (Lukas aka "Scarpo")!

Thank you all very much for a very good time and thanks to Spain for the brilliant organization of the event.

We will definitely be in Italy next year. This time we go after the Germans. Beating the Austrians was way too easy.

Good recovery everyone.

A massive thanks to Kewan and all the Spanish guys. Great tourney - the trophies in particular were very nice.

Thanks too to everyone who was there, our opponents and fellow beer drinkers :)

I am very proud of England's 3rd place and how we battled hard in every round, competing brilliantly against all the big guys. We never knew when we were beaten (our worst efforts were 3.5 - 4.5 against France and Germany - both practically draws).

And finally, well done Italy. You deserved your win thoroughly. Hard luck to the French too. So close but yet so far...

Looking forward to EB09 already :D

Practically not. :D You lost, well and germany lost afterwards even more.

And also my thanks for the tournament. It was great, the food (except the breakfast maybe) was absolutely great. Fish, clams, everything was super. And the beer and fanta flatrate was the best idea since the turnover.

So count me in for sure next year.

Thanks for a great tournament. Accomodation and organisation were great. Always fun to go to a good tournament with the best coaches of Europe.

Thank you for spain to show us what bloodbowl is all about. We have learned a lot from it in our match against holland.

Thanks you Kewan for showing me that amazons have no problem with blizzard  .

My dark elves turned out to be to nice to the opponent. Hitting one CAS and one KO after three games agains amazons and norse.

But looking forward to go to Italy now. Hope we can get a good revanch match against spain to settle the scores.

Thank you Ian for bringing the wappel orcs. Next time, my "Wappel" black orc will long bomb spain.

haha, very cool. Almost forgot that one.

And Magictobe is lying of course. This IS a punaise!

...and a bloodbowl team made of punaises would be quite cool for the next Eurobowl...hehehehe

Ah yes, a few of us failed a "very humid" roll while drinking beer one night. I gladly forgot about that... untill now.
Oh, and now we are at it: sorry to the German I bit in the neck (I also failed a Blust Lust roll that night).
