Although this is sure to be the stuff legends are made of, I'm sorry to say I'm going to have to pull out. Hopefully you all have such a blast that it runs again next year. Good luck all, and may the coffee be with you!

Sounds like it could be fun. If I get the train to Chippenham is there someone who pick me up / drop me off there?

I’m giving a lift up for wobert and angry hobbit. But I can swing by Chippenham too on the way up and back. ( might be a bit snug in my corsa but I’ll get us there. )

Received! If Dan (Raging82) has a meltdown at Block Around the Clock and swears off 24-hour tournaments for life, we’re gonna need a new bus driver!Joemanji wrote:Paid!
That’s us full now, folks.

Please make sure you have a read of the rules pack ahead of the tournament and, if real life does get in the way and you have to cancel, please try and give as much notice as possible, so replacements can hopefully be conjured up with plenty of time to spare. A reminder that there will be no refunds for cancellations within two weeks of the tournament date.
Now, just need to learn how to use Score. Can’t be that hard; I’ve never heard people moaning about it at any of the tournaments I’ve played at...!

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

Yeah, he was only on the interested list though, so didn’t affect numbers.Joemanji wrote:BTW Jip did you notice Heartsbane dropping out above?
Unfortunately, Wobert is on the paid list and has had to withdraw, so we’re back to one space free to fill.

Have had a bit of a play with spot prizes, they're always a bit of fun, aren't they!
Due to the structure of the day(s?!), it wouldn't be fair to have round specific spot prizes as coaches may be a game ahead/behind each other at several points throughout the festivities. For that reason, these spot prizes are all available in every game, until claimed. The only exception is the Landrover, for obvious reasons.
These spot prizes have no impact on final standings or scores, so feel free to ignore them completely. They'll be small tokens of appreciation and nothing more, so probably not worth building an entire team around, just to win them!
Once a spot prize has been claimed (by the winning coach finding me and letting me know) I'll announce it to the room and you can cross it off your sheets, bingo style-e, which I will provide on the day.

I might object to the Landrover! He's not that fast a player
