This'll be my first major tourney so looking forward to it
Hi Charon

This isn't a 'major' tournament as such, but it is one of if not the oldest in the UK. It often attracts a very decent sized field.

Don't know whether you're confusing with the Spike magazine trophy??

Pippy

'major' probably wasn't the right word to use, I was thinking more along the lines of how long it's been going

Does anyone know what the skills rules are? I can't download the rules on the link given.

Really just need to know the skills. Is it one normal skill before each game, as it was last time I was there in 2006?

Cheers
Pip

Pip, its a bit complicated but I have found out how to get to the rules pack. You need to go into the spikey web site, www.spikyclub.org
go to Events in the middle top of the page, scroll quite a long way down and there is the spiky. There is a link there named rules pack and it worked for me.
And from last years roster (I keep every tourney roster I do) you do pick a skill first as I have six skills written down.

- for the organiser - Pippy, Stick with Poo, Mamapepe and Ironjaw are all staying at mine so 5 of us will be there.

Andover lot will be there, but reduced numbers (Uni, wedding in Oz and military duty cutting the numbers). Definetly 4, maybe 5.
