UKTC II - Jan 16-17, 2016, *We Will Frog You win!*

I managed my best result with Nurgle: 4-1-1. My only lose was to Purplegoo so no shame in that. Almost pulled out a 5-0-1 but time was called on my last turn in the last game robbing me of the chance to try and score (although it was a long shot to score).

Great work guys.
Glad I could contribute to the 5 in that scoreline :-D. I thought I could get the draw in our game but it wasn't to be. Bloody dodging Pestigors. Grrrr!

Thanks again to the organisers. It was a great event and ran really smoothly (or it seemed to from the player side). Thanks again to Dan the referee for standing in for our sick team member on day 2. Lastly, thanks to all 6 of my opponents. I had 6 good, fun games of Blood Bowl and even losing all 3 games on day 2 was a laugh.

Is there a chance to get the final standings, please? (team & single)

Yep finally made it to a NAF event and really enjoyed myself despite a bad cold affecting my concentration and matters going seriously off the rails in games 5 & 6. Rest all seemed to go to plan and a solid 3-1-2 wasn't bad I thought.

Gratz to the winners - and a special shout-out to Charlie Banks for his 'hard-earned' Stunty Cup win

And many thanks to the organisers for such a professionally run event.

There have been a few questions about results being put up, basically they will be going up soon. I have the file on my computer and will be sending it to Pipey this evening. I think Pipey is a little burnt out so probably isn't going to do a full stats drop on here right away, however I will try to get at least the individual standings and team standings posted up here tonight (if chief Pipey doesn't mind me doing that).

I would like to thank those that attended for helping us to keep things running smoothly and (relatively) on time, and thanks to those whose games I had to call or put on a clock for taking it with good grace.

Is it a coincidence that after the terrible flooding in York the winning team was "We Will FROG You" and Slann won the individual? Amphibious advantage...? ;)

Thanks to all of the organisers and their hard work for putting on a great event! Thanks also to everyone my team and I played, team EATBATS had 24 games and all of them were great. Superb fun, the one last year was the tourney that got us hooked on the blood bowl scene, and this one surpassed it. We look forwards to returning again next year!

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

Actual Blood Bowl aside I had a great time :D

I'm not sure what the moral of the story is though... As I've learned my lesson about taking a Stunty team to an incredibly Tier 1 event but also I walked away with a load of goodies for doing so... :D

Was a bit disappointed that my AvenOgre's didn't make the Top 6 for best team but the standard was fantastic

***Individual Standings***

Please remember with these a ref (CircusBear) had to play to cover 2 different players over the weekend, this is reflected as showing the players as 'CircusBear/MattRobson' and 'Cunningstunt/CircusBear'. I'm sure Pipey will do something clever to split these results out which may effect slightly some of the lower end placings, I am but a humble performing bear, I'm not clever with these computer things :)
