Thanks to all who made the event so much fun, especially Pippy and team for their organisation; having run a tournament (for fantasy) myself I know it's nowhere near as easy as they made it look, so I really appreciate all their hard work!
Thanks also to the great opponents and all who made team EATBATS feel so welcome. It may have been our first foray into blood bowl tourneys, but it certainly won't be our last.

Been a while since i've been to such a large tournament really well run, decent venue and great location, closeness of hotel, trains and bars made life simple. Enjoyed all my six games against opps from a real mix of nations. Look forward to next year

Really enjoyed all six of my games, this was the first large tournament I've been to, looking forward to doing more. The highlight of the event for me was killing two Treeman which was not an easy feat to do.

How were the tie breakers decided on the individual results? Was it strength of schedule (or whatever it is called)? And if so how is that worked out?Pippy wrote:Team and individual results posted to page one.

Was great fun, glad you guys enjoyed it too. Thanks to everyone for coming. And to everyone who helped out along the way - especially Leon and Dan (Ironjaw and Circusbear), ManticoreRich for the rulespack design and Tritex and Willy for prize support.
DBBL and Team Bunker - please PM me an address I can post your coins to (one each for all four team members).
Cheers

Tiebreakers for both team and individual were Opponents' Scores (sum of all your 6 opponents scores), then net TD + net casualties. Score doesn't actually show the first one, but it is all accurate (having tested it previously).Garrick wrote:How were the tie breakers decided on the individual results? Hi all!
We are back and safe with our winning cups in Spain!
Thanks to everyone ans specially to the organization. This was a great tournament which we had to attend in our trip around Europe.
We hope you had at least as much fun as we had playing those games and expect to see you soon somewhere around (WorldCup?).
Of course, if you want to come to sunny Spain, we have a team tournament in Valencia, next to the mediterranean sea, in July.

We were happy to have you Jamie.
Thanks to the organisers for doing such a good job, and to all my opponents for fun games. I continue to enjoy BB more than any other game I've played over my many years, and it's because of the people.
Looking forward to next year.
And thanks to everyone who voted for my team. It's always very humbling to win in the face of stiff competition, and it was stiff; some awesome teams there.
