I would attend either 1/2 or 15/16 most likely.

But it looks to me like 1/2 will be better for more people so that gets my vote.

I should be able to attend on the 1st Dec but cannot do either of the following two weekends (not that I expect my movements to in any way dictate events, of course).

I booked the original date off as annual leave and cant change it now. I will have to wait and see if there is space in the requests book when im next in work. :-?
