And yet agian i carrued my team to the top tables without winning a sinngle game  But Matt, if i hadnt lost and drawn my games we would have gone against Swim team, Kings of Leon or the swim team earlyer and the final results would have had us lower down. That said, if Ambush hadnt rolled riot on the last turn of the 2nd half i would have won my final game taking the booty bashers into 2nd place. The draw ment that the Booty Bashers came 3rd by 2pts to the Swim team! And there were only 10 pts between 1st and 3rd. My win, plus 1 TD extra from Big Pete (giving him a draw) or Matt (giving him a win and the singles title) would have seen the Booty Bashers in 1st place :o

I blame my lack of wins on my inability to roll a 2+ for my break tackle or sprint rolls. Possibly my worst dice rolls in a tournament ever! It's a good job i dont take this game as seriouse as some people do... Im crap at this game!

That's wrong Shane, that should read "If BIG Pete hadn't decided to fart away a perfectly good draw, because he didn't believe Skaven could score on him despite having more than 2 turns left."

Nah, some of us beat "Bum Monkey" in round 2 or earlier when it was still a novelty (ok, so he diced himself to death...) . Duncan is a johnny come lately ;) (More seriously, Duncan's 5 W 1 L was his most impressive achievement of the weekend :))

It was a great weekend and the team aspect is also good (Creamy friends, ho!) as is the banter. Lee's idea of team forfeits also worked well, as our collective misfortunes meant extra pennies for the charity pot :)

Congratulations to all those that won stuff, especially Sillysod.

Great event once again, Nipples. Already looking forward to next year! :D

Indeed, the Creamy Friends are onto something with team forfeits. It's definately something we should all try next year. :)

Oh, I should say matches involving Chillblain have not been entered yet whilst we await contact details to open his account. If anyone knows how to get in touch with him let me know.

Id speak to Behindu on the Waterbowl Forum. Its his brother i do believe.

Cracking final tournament for me! Thoroughly enjoyed myself (even if i dot hate Dwarves!!!) and a fitting tourney for me to head to Dubai on! Hopefully, i can plan a visit back to the UK around this next year so i get the chance to play again depending on when it is obviously with the World Cup around the same time!

Hi guys, sorry for the delay, but the final amount raised, including the donation from my work, was £1273 - making it by far the most succesful Flame Bowl so far, in terms of money raised for Cancer Research UK.

Massive thanks again to everyone who supported Flame Bowl III, couldn't have done it without you!

Full team stats etc will be posted up this weekend.

Excellent total, Mark. Big thanks again for running it. A few more like this and we'll have this cancer thing beat.

I'm sure some application of Diving Tackle would ruin cancer's afternoon. Get to work Nipples!
