I'm a little late but I would like to thank Indi for this great week-end and all the work he did. :D

I don't have time to write a full report but here are my results:
-Round 1: Won 2-0 Vs McSnaga's Halflings (I've never rolled so many 3 dice blocks in a game ! )
-Round 2: Draw 1-1 Vs Dwarfcoach's Lizards (he was too lucky, that's why it ends in a draw... And furthermore he played without a hangover and he even arrived on time: Powergamer !  )
-Round 3: Won 1-0 Vs Alec's Humans (Smintys on NAF website). Very tense game beginning by a 3-turn Riot while I was on defense, I only scored the winning TD in the last turn.)
-Round 4: Won 2-0 against Munkey's Orcs (Apedog on NAF website): My Diving Tackle Catcher performed quite well... It was a tense game anyway, I was very lucky to score my 2 TDs at the end of each period.)
-Round 5: Lost 1-2 against Nashrak's Orcs (He first scored at turn 6, his Thrower managed to dodge away from my Diving Tackle Catcher ! He made 6 casualties, although I managed to score with only 6 Amazons left... , but it was a bit hard to defend during the last 3 or 4 turns then... )
-Round 6: Lost 0-1 Vs Venomous Breath's Khemri (he scored 5 casualties, and the whole game took place under a Pouring Rain... Bad Kick on the 1st kick-off (and so Touchback for him...). I managed to knock the ball carrier 4 or 5 times, but I always failed the final hand-off to run away towards the end-zone... I had very few players left in the 2nd period, I was quite close to run away, but on each attempt I failed the last dice roll with a reroll (hand-off or dodge...). Khemri are overpowered anyway ! )

I ended 20th out of 32 as I have the nasty habit to score too few TDs and casualties with my Amazons...

Well to sum up, 6 good games against cool opponents ! I'll be there again next year ! :D

Come on Hoomie, have the ballocks to admit the truth, you know what was the real reason (Del, Zy-nox, and McD all have admitted the truth, why don't you  ).

Well to be fair to Hoomin it is a well documented fact and only awaiting verification from Oxford before the following is added to their latest edition of the dictionary:

Hoomin'd (or to be Hoomin'd): A rash of good luck raising great hope for the future followed by an equal or worse amount of bad luck leaving you very depressed. Always begins on a Saturday and ends on a Sunday.

:o

It's all true  . Lured by the promise of naked girls handing out free nachos to all tourney goers who arrive on time (and after the last 3 tourneys being late) I arrived on Saturday morning clear headed and eager at 8.50am.

:-?

I can only apologise and make the following commitment:

I will arrive in Reading on the Friday and promise to get mashed before I get to my bed. As for turning up on time, I'm not too sure even where the hotel I'm booked into is, let alone where it is in relation to the club.

Normal DC service will resume shortly  .

Don't say that your name is Simon Merton. This guy is wanted by the police since the famous "Generator Affair"...

 I have heard...

No I was going to arrive there and tell them my name is Rob Higham and that I only need a room for Friday night as I plan to leave on Saturday evening so I do not have to face another 'Hoomin-Sunday'....

Not yet, although the last mail I had suggested "soon". I'll chase him up again.
