I can't get the rulepack to download or be readable, what times kick off?

Timetable:

08;30-09:30 Registration
10:00-12:00 Round 1
12:00-13:00 Lunch
13:00-15:00 Round 2
15:00-17:00 Round 3
17:30- 18:30 Awards and thanks
Though not much will happen until get there with my laptop and the draw :)
I should get there by half 8 and will need coffee.


Glow, are challenges allowed for round 1?
