sorry the only reason master chef is available is because the scrumpy cup was originally a halfling tournament, which has only just been opened to other races, and as it is played in The Moot a chef is always to hand.

I heard that halfling refs can be easily bribed with food, something which sneaky goblins discovered years ago.

I have now put together the tournament booklet, This will be sent out when entrance fee has been paid. I have included accomodation ideas, but happy to send these out if you want to book somewhere.

There is no deadline as such, but would like to know numbers sooner rather than later.
