At this juncture I am not expecting 24 coaches so my original plan looks to be shot lol.

There are easily over 24 coaches on the interested list, myself included. Imagine a large proportion of those will go, but wait until they get other tourneys out of the way first and confirm/pay nearer the time? I'd be very surprised if you didn't get 24 coaches at Gert this year.

Sadly I'm one of those annoying coaches who cannot guarantee attending until much closer to the time (It's just my personal circumstances, not deliberately being a Bat!) Think it's time to bring up the subject bonus cheerleaders & ass. coaches for early payment?!

Please no, an inducment to pay early that has a real effect on the tornament outcome is just plain wrong and penalizes players that simply don't know wether they can afford the tournament or not. A really unfair policy.

An established tourney, that is round 4 of the SWTC, should get 24. Saying that I didnt get 24 at Exiles 5, so who knows?

Loki and I are playing a random team taken from the list of teams not represented. My good idea call was to shotgun the skaven into little pieces.

Ok So of those that have paid I have the following races selected:

Glowworm - Khemri
Canteloup - Skaven
Loki - TBC
Merrick - Ogres
DaPiranha - Chaos
J_Bone - Orcs
Buggrit - Goblins

So a lot left over, for those paid can you let me know the race you are taking so we can try n the 24. Note I know some people have made suggestions, but until you pay you don't get to chose :p

Just pay up people, your getting 6 games of BB over two days, organised by a top bloke with a great ruleset....oh and some free dice, what more needs to be said, pay and attend, don't pay, don't attend, cannot see the problem....

I understand Glows argument that an 'early-bird' discount penalises later payers but I think for the TO who needs to get cash in to pay deposits or pay for trophies it really helps if there is some incentive for people to part with their cash before they might ordinarily.

Personally I prefer that once you reach the tournament people are on a 'level' playing field so no to Coaches / Cheerleaders.
