Following the government lockdown from today, it is currently highly unlikely that BATC will go ahead on the current date. I am in discussion with the venue and they are happy keeping our deposit and rescheduling after the current situation is resolved.
I the meantime, I would strongly suggest that anyone who hasn’t booked travel or accomodation doesn’t do so, and those who have look into the possibility of refunds.
I’m able to either fully refund anyone not wanting to wait for rescheduling, or can do this after if people are unable to attend a future rescheduled date, or I can hold payments to guarantee entry to the new date when it is rescheduled.
Stay safe everyone. It’s only toy soldiers. Stay indoors and save lives.
