¡WELCOME TO THE 4TH BILBALI TEAMS CUP!

In this XV Bilbali Cup we are keeping the format we have been hosting this past 3 years with quite a success and we are pleased to welcome again the Bilbali Teams Cup (Memorial Aitor)! 4th edition!
The event will take place the days 6 and 7 of july with 6 rounds in total (4+2).

WHERE
Thanks to the townhall of Getxo, we are hosting the tournament this year in a good and big venue near to the place where past year's tournament was celebrated. In a few weeks we will post here the address and a little recommendation in how to get to it.

HOW
The tournament will be a teams tournament consisting in 4 (or 5 if it is needed) crazy coaches. In case that you make a 5 coach team, one coach will have a round-off each round so there are 4 matches every round.

RULES
The rules for this championship will be the ones of the upcomming NAF Wolrd Cup. You can check them here: http://www.nafworldcup.sbbm-turniere.com/ Home>Rules
It will be exactly the same except for the matchmaking between coaches and that being a 2 day tournament, updates in cash for skills will be done after rounds 2 and 4 (instead of Day 2 and Day 3). We have a special rule we want to keep (this point 5 goes instead of that one in the NWC Ruleset):


5. DRAWS
First Team Round matches will be determined by draw. From then on, following rounds will be determined as per the Swiss Format. On the first round it is possible to challenge another Team. If both teams agree and accept the challenge, they will be playing each other on the first round.

For the individual games, we will hand out 4 cards to each team captain, one for each of the team members: the “Pro-drunk”, the “Old Glory”, the “ProPlayer” and the “Loner”. Each round the Captain will hand off the cards to his fellow collegues as he wishes. Once all the players have their card, both teams will reveal them at the same time and the players with the same card will play each other.

It is important to note that this defers from the World Cup rules. There is no “individual position” within the team.





THAT'S OK BUT WHAT ABOUT THE EATIN'&DRINKIN'?
As always we will have the lovely guys from Galand Beer running the bar so you can expect great crafted beers in a highly disturbing (for your health) super price...
As we have done in the past 15 years, dinner on saturday evening will be arranged in a typical local Cyder House where you can expect: all-cyder-you-can-drink and T-Bone steaks...
If you are feeling tired, you can also book a place at the Tapas Dinner that we will arrange in the same venue of the tournament. Just let us know wich one you prefer.

As always, lunch for Saturday will be included in the tournament fee.

And, also as always, big party with other bloodbowlers is expected on friday evening through the old town of Bilbao.

In this XV edition of the Bilbali Cup we want to make it special. Special for us, special for everybody that is comming to play, everybody that can not make it or even people from outside of our little Blood Bowl world. That's why we are making a Charity Raffle this year!!

In this Charity Raffle we are going to put tickets to sale (1€ = 1 ticket) and all the money we can collect though this raffle is going to be donated, 100% of it, to the Red Cross to help them in all the projects and initiatives that they are doing.

You can buy tickets even if you are not coming to the tournament or even if you are not from Spain. We will make it delivered to you (with no extra costs) in case any of your numbers gets awarded.

Tickets can be bought online (1€ = 1 ticket) via Paypal, payments to bilbaliteamscup@gmail.com, until the 28th of June. From that day the only tickets available for purchase will be at the very tournament.

IMPORTANT: put "Charity Raffle tickets" in the concept and remember to make a "Friends or Family" Paypal payment so we can donate all the money collected. After the payment you will receive an email (the very same e-mail used for the donation) with your numbers.

The draw will be made the 7th of july during the trophys ceremony. Winner will be shown as well here the next week.
