I am proud to announce a new tournament based in sunny Brisbane, QLD for June 2012 next year!!

The Basics
Date: 9th and 10th of June 2012
Cost: $40
Location: Irresistible Force / Shop 6, Colonial Square 2 Grevillea St Tanah Merah 4128
No of games: 6
Food: Soft drinks / water / snacks will also be available for sale on-site. For those that would prefer other food options there are many other shops within a 5-10 minute walking distance.

Rules: Resurrection Tournament, CRP rules, 1.1mil to spend on your base team with "Additional Pre-Training Points" to be spent. See the rules pack for additional information. ZAP! special rule included as well.
Teams Allowed: All CRP teams, plus Chaos Pact, Slaan and Underworld.

PRIZES!
I am proud to announce that CTC has two painted teams up for grabs already!!
• Gavin Clarke of Irresistible Force (IFBBL, http://www.irresistibleforce.com.au) will be sponsoring the Cane Toad Cup (first prize) with a fully painted team! Gavin is a multiple Golden Daemon winner and any team painted by Gavin would be a luxury to own!
• Further to that, Adam Norris, painter extraordinaire is kindly donating another team for CTC
• Phoenix Forge (http://phoenix-forge.com/) will also be providing prize support to CTC!

We already have commitment from some other sponsor's and further announcements will be made once the sponsorship packs are confirmed.

But wait... there's more! We have already identified the following as part of our player's gift pack when they utilise their ZAP!
• CTC Token Pack that can be used as turn / reroll markers
• Custom etched Beer Glass with CTC logo
• 2 x Custom CTC Dice

RAFFLE!
Adam Norris will be donating a team which will be raffled off for Cane Toad Cup!!! The team will be a fully painted Gaspez Arts Frog Man team with 4 blitzers, 4 catchers, 6 linemen and the Frog Big guy (Krox)! So 15 players in total. Adam's previous work can be seen on his painting blog, http://www.paintingminiaturewargames.com. Adam will also be doing a blog of his Undead team, the Skulls of Fury, which he will be using at Cane Toad Cup!

Tickets can be obtained in the following way:
• $10 for 3 tickets or $5 for 1 ticket and are available to everyone, not just entrants (great value for three tickets!! - please send me an email if you would like to purchase tickets)
• 2 tickets for anyone who registers for CTC before 31 December 2011
• 1 ticket for anyone who registers for CTC before 31 March 2012

Hey all,

Alex from FF-Fields has jumped on-board (pun not intended) and will be doing up the token pack for the goodies bag. Here's a pic of the tokens:


Also, i've had a custom board designed for CTC and I will be throwing one of these into the raffle. So now the raffle has 2 painted teams AND a CTC custom board to be won.
