Hi Pug, I'm a bit peed-off with BB at the moment (more into my Elfball) and I haven't been down to Maelstrom for a good long while now.

The best thing I can suggest is starting a thread on their forum to let them know you're interested - you're a member there, right?

Hi there and thanks for enquiring about the Maelstrom Cup.

First of all we (Maelstrom) would like to once again thank the players who supported us last year, however, we have not had the time available within the events team staff, to dedicate any resources to following this up. So, as PeteW has kindly decided to run an event here at roughly the same time, we have decided to hold off from running our own second event, until such time as we can properly do it justice.

Therefore we will be doing what we can to help ensure Pete's event has the best possible chance, and has our full support.

it clashed on the sunday with the great midlands fun run...
(8.5 miles is soo much fun!)

happy to make White Isle again though & have an interesting take on last year's Pact team with this years skill rules...
