Not that I have time for tournaments at the moment, but perhaps it would have been a good idea to prepare an english version of the web page beforehand to spike international interest. What are the rules? What about accomodation? Venue? Tournament system?TiMuN wrote:WEBSITE NOW OPEN TO REGISTERING AT:

All those things people like to know about tournaments, especially if they had to travel quite a distance. Just my 2 cents ...
ciao
PS: your trophy is VERY cool !

Yeah Grep-V you are totally right ... but as by this time, there has only been only int. player to show any interest, CiderVampire, at the NAF website, and it would really have been quite some time to convert all the database tables back into english, and duplicate pages and all just for one person ... sorry about that, thou. Next time maybe.

Already reached 60 coaches inscribed, 29 of the are NAF members.
As for accomodation .. we are trying to get in touch with several places and get some better group prices on them .. but you can still check http://www.softdoc.es/madrid_guide/acco ... ation.html
for some hostels and hotels.
Anything in the Atocha, Embajadores and Arganzuela area is quite near the venue, and just 20 minutes from the place, is Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía and Callao centric spots, using Metro, Line 3.

84 coaches, 44 NAF ..
pitty is the venue is no larger than to hold a hundred players ... next year, who knows!
I get this chance to thank Indigo for his great tutorial on how to organize tourneys, and some more tips over pm (cheers mate!), if you haven't, go and download the guide from NAF site .. it's really helpfull!

The big thing is over ... we went up to 82 players (60 NAF) ...
Great moments, great people, great memories .. and a great headache! oh man! Comishing such a large group of people really hurts ones brain!
The final results:
Winner: Nachobill - Rekesitos RAT (skaven)
Runner up: Carlos_T - BEERENDERS (dwarves)
League winner: Obeliz - The no-elf Flower Power (Orcs)
There were brilliant moments too ... a halfling coach scored a 7-2 vs humans, and there was that game with 10 passes to hold the most Passes award.
NAF data is on it's way to Ancalagon to get it into the NAF website.
