I'd be delighted to help you out as I've been very succesful with Skaven. Just contact me over ICQ 6317977.
also, if you can spare the time and effort I'm starting up a new league in Slagelse. That's only an hour away from you, so give me buzz if you're interested. I expect play to start in November, so there is plenty of time. To be fair to all we will start from scratch though. In later leagues experienced team WILL be allowed, but not in this first one as I want rookies to be able to play and have a chance to learn the game without getting clubbered by more experienced coaches.
Regard,

My only advice on your team would be to start with an apoth and perhaps one less gr for a thrower, tho gr's can be used as such.

Starting out a skaven team you should always get a thrower and 2 gutterrunners are enough or else your overall strength are way too low.
I would also choose to start with 2 storm vermin as they are the only ones with block from the start.
In generel try to get as many personal skills from the start as possible. This keeps your players off their backs and personal rerolls go a long way instead of those team rerolls.
Personally I like to start with a rat ogre as well in order to get him a lot of star player points as fast as possible. Bringing him on field against a team with a lot of skills and block/dodge players tends to be quite effortless unless he has block and tackle.
