Why was the "Passing revisited" thread locked?

The pages lost their link ... all the new posts where going to page 2 but you couldn't get to page 2 from page 1 without posting a new reply ... it was a mess and Johnny locked the thread to give him time to fix it without others making it worse.

Thats correct. I couldn't get an announcement out in time before leaving work, once I gotten home I had to go out and do the fortnightly food shop (domesticate life
).
I did post a message, but it appears that some people are seeing one page of posts whilst other are seeing the second. Once I've fixed the problem, I'll unlock it.
