Should Dwarfs hire an Alchemist?

Hi
Do you think that dwarfs should hire an Alchemist? He cost 30 000 gps, and you can expect to get back 35 000 gps. But it's quite risky. Are these 5000 gps you can expect to earn worth the extra risk and the fact that you have to wait one match before you can use the money for something else?

I think so. You'll have 2D6 earnings every match instead of 1D6.
It'll make the dwarfs very rich. I also have a dwarf team, and I wouldn't know what to do with the extra money I keep getting. It's a luxury most teams don't have.
So I say:definately!

But the Alchemist is a set outgoing of 30,000gp for a random incoming of 1d6. 33% of the time you will lose money, and only 50% of the time will make you money.
I don't think its worth it at all. Now the Runesmith, hes probably worth it as a dwarf Wizard.

Somewhere else others have posted on the forum that its not. However people that have tried the runesmith love him.

Nowhere in the rules review does it say that the Alchemist has been removed, only that the Runesmith is now official and costs 50,000gp to hire per games.

But the alchemist has gone... the runesmith is a replacement, not in addition to him.

The alchemist was a luxury that I was surprised lasted so long. Long live the Runesmith.

I didn't know that these rules had been changed.

Where can I find the new rules?
