I suck at Fummbl

Yep, it really is as simple as that, just thought I'd share.
Thought I'd give it a shot. I tried it years ago but never stuck with it more than a couple of games. But I'm giving it another go and I am getting my ass handed to me on a silver platter.
I'm not complaining though. I'm really gonna have to up my game. I did my first RL BB tournament last year, Vaultbowl, and held my own quite nicely, 1/4/1, so thought I'd do better than I currently am.
But I really am horrible at it. Did anyone else have this rude awakening when they first played it?

The standard of coaching on fumbbl tends to be rather high.
Look for koada (user) and the 145 club (group).

I really suck on FUMBBL, I'm not great at TT, but I'm worse on FUMBBL!!
But I don't care, I love it, so challenge me sometime and we shall see!!

Playing sideways doesn't help. My suckage rate is high too but I think I need to play more.

Playing on fumbbl is great fun, and will help you improve, there are great players there

wow, what a relief!
I was at work, and thought Fumbbl had been blocked by our admin because of me spending too much time on it. I was considering the possibility of having to explain why I am connected to fumbbl all day long to my boss

Also, if you haven't wandered over to the Stunty Leeg on FUMBBL, it has recently been revamped and has 15 exciting and unique Stunty teams you can play. The games are chaotic and hilarious. Lots of carnage, crazy plays and laughs all around. It is competitive and challenging, but people enjoy themselves a lot more.
When the site is back up I will also post a link to the handy-dandy Stunty Handbook you can download and covet like a Halfling and his breakfast.

One doesn't suck at FUMBBL. One sucks at Blood Bowl. FUMBBL is just harder than most small tabletop groups*, or even tournaments as Swiss can hide you from the strongest opponents. If one wants to not suck one should play more FUMBBL, and more BB in general.

Was noticable at the NAF Champs that the higher uptable you went the less laughter and greater stress there was. Still aiming for a placement in the 20s next year mind.
