MBBL2 problems

Post by Darkson »

Galak's sites are back up, but from an old back-up version (May 1st), so some of the info on there may not be upto date, and mepmuff is asking that if you're playing in the MBBL2, you keep hold of your game files and don't report them, and that you don't start any new games, until the problem is sorted.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Sorta fix it. I had 2 weeks worth of game data on my machine that the host didn't

We lost 5 weeks of data ... and I'm a smarter boy now about how my host backs up my site.

Okay status report ... if you show as being in a game and you have the game file ... go ahead and report (or in many cases re-report) the result of the match along with the latest copy of your roster.

Galak, is it not relevant in what order games are filed in?

ATM there are people (not me but my opponent) who reported a game, started a new game and are now in fact in game with the "old game" and not with the "new"game yet (Boy this is confusing).

Should not the old files get reported first? Have people check the MMBL site first and see what file it is that need reported?

Just athought, maybe it doesn't matter, I have no clue about programming stuff, but it seems logical.

You have to report the game you are currently in according to the website (not real life). If folks do this out of order it will be a mess and I didn't even think they could do it.

Anyway ... straightening this out will be a chore I know that already.
