Brokje has 5 players on their backs on the pitch right now, but my 2nd gobbo went down on a doubleskulls RR skull pow/skull, so I'm not away from my backline yet.

In case of a draw, it would look like the ogres will have the overhand in overtime!, but lets see if I can get across the pitch first. With a lucky turn, Brokje could make it 2-0 now! :o

And 2-0 it is!

Needed my last reroll for it, but who cares about that? And I have 7 players on pitch again, vs 2 gobbos and 5 Ogres.....

One suggestion for the final! What do you think when every teammember plays every team member of the other team then you are not stuck on your luck.
Just a question.

And now I have the ball again! And both his gobbos have left the field because of my DP. Unfortunately both the DP and the head coach left as well, but I think Draco wont get the ball again...

Woohoot!

HELP

People....I need some assistance here. Tritex is playing with a weird understanding of the rules. Here is the situation:

I declared a Blitz with my werewolf. with my 8th step of movement I get to his ball carrier. I make a GFI to block him (9th step)...I get a pushback....get his ball carrier right next to the sideline....so I chose to use Frenzy with a GFI (10th step) and I pushed him into the crowd.

Tritex claims that when I declare a Blitz I will automatically reduce my movement by 1 and I would not have been able to push his player into the crowd. Here's the e-mail correspondence:

Code: Select all

Quick one - surely No 14 Werewolf cannot push me off
into the crowd as he
hasn't the movement MV8 -1 for blitz=7 2 GFI = 9 but
he has moved 10
squares?
Have a look & see.
Regards,
Jason

Code: Select all

I don't know what rules your are playing with, but a
WW has movement 8 +2GFI=10. I moved 8 spaces to get to
your ball carrier...did one GFI to block and had to
follow up due to frenzy....I got the push and I chose
to do another GFI, which was the push into the crowd.
Why would a Blitz action take one movement away?????
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask
that question on the forum

Code: Select all

Hi the official rules which mean he couldn't Frenzy my player off the
pitch-
this is the extract for clarification.
Regards,
Jason

BLITZ MOVES
Once per team turn a player on the moving team is allowed to make a
special Blitz move. A blitz allows the player to move and make a block. The block may be made at any point during the move, but costs one square of movement for the player to make. The player may carry on moving after the effects of the block have been worked out if he has any squares of movement left.

Or is it me who is playing this wrong since 8 years?

You played it right. It costs one square of movement in that you don't have to follow up but you loose that square. If you follow up into that square it's not lost.
