I'm also confused.

In another thread Ith talked about to buy skills and at the beginning of this thread that idea was also mentioned.

The format says no skill progression: This means for me that no further skills are allowed( which normally apply when earned the amount of SPP).

But buying skills from the beginnig are a different thing for me.

So I hope I did nothing wrong.

Otherwise I have to start the game vs Valen's ProElves again.

since he put nothing in the top post about the price of skills etc i assumed it was not happening and IIRC in the other thread he said something about forgotting about skills for this one, but i would check with Ith

Skill can't be bought, and wizards cost 150k

stars cost the one off game price (28,324,244 for Griff or whatever stupid price it is for example)
