So I have my 38 points! :)

I'm just waiting to see if Draco scores any more casualties in his last turn, I'm winning 1-0 with 2 casualties. So the bar for 'Best of the Rest' has been set at 38 points as I think I'm the only guy who's played all 4 games.

My part is over, it is all in the hands of fate what happens next....

OK, since it's stil the last post I'll just correct the error here. Lost to Ziggi after ending the half 2-2 (CAS 0-0) Nuffle started to act in his usual way, CURSE HIM.

Ziggi managed to score 2 TDs in the second half, both when I was receiving, the first one after a Blitz, the second one after a fling carrying the ball failed a dodge. He also managed three CAS the second half.

End result Ziggi Abschuss (14 pts) vs Duke Jan (2 pts)
TD 4-2, CAS 3-0

quick update on my reamining matches

1-0 up V Power Turtle, 3 turns to play, she has the ball on halfway with a prone catcher near the endzone, being beaten up by 2 of my blitzers

1-1 V Draco, 4 casulties to him 1 to me. starting the second half with him 2 players up and him recieving.

hoping to get a win and a draw, but will probably end up with a draw and a loss

I recieved the final game file from Draco today. My last game result of the first round is:

dwarfcoach: 1 TD's - 2 Casualties
Draco: 0 TD's - 3 Casualties

That means I've hit the heady heights of 38 points for the first round! :)

Can't wait to see the end results from everyone elses first round....

nuffle has evened the odds in my game V Draco

He tried a foul at the start of the 2nd half, didn't break armour and got sent off! I returned the favour didn't get sent off and killed his blitzer!

very even in the 2nd half now

1:1 with 8 players each, he has the ball in his own half on turn 2
