Ok, I think the best way forward is to keep the same groups and everyone plays the teams in the opposite group once, in the order shown in the second post in the groups page. The groups are only used for setting the games to be played, qualification will be purely top 4 teams out of the 10.
One skill after each round, no stacking. So you can play all your games at once just remember that if you are playing your round 2 game you should have one skill, round 3 equals 2 skills and so on.
In the groups page the draw is set out with teams against other teams. You will indivdually play the the coach that is on the same postion in the team (ie, first second or third).
