Hi there, in my friends league, i m playing a HE team and during all our first season, i suffered from some injures ( Dead players, nigglings) and i never had a complete roster, forced to play with around 12 guys...
But it wasn t bad, my teams had pretty good results.

We began the second season, and i lost my Star Player (killed himself on a double 1 dodge lol) and i must play a good and complete Ork Team (Tr=186) with only 6 valid guys and 2 niggled ones... after 2 chaotic games against a deadly We team (my friend Neverdodge) and a dirty Undead team.

So i pray i ll coach 8 guys this game.(my Tr=129)

I need at least a draw.

Do u have any advices for this game, coz i m not the kind of coach who CONCEDES!!!

Depends on whether you want to minimize casualties and "save up" for the future, or if you want to win this game. As you say you at least need a draw, I assume you want to take the offensive. If at all possible, let him receive and set up such as that you can swarm his backfield. Hope, that he doesn't roll quick snap. You have someone with kick, I hope? The plan is to steal an early touchdown, once you are in the lead play a stalling game. The trick is to keep him running behind a lead without sacrificing your players. Really hard to do, I know, but in your situation scoring WILL be hard...

So, if you could turn him over once, relax, let him equalise in first half, go for a quick TD in the second and again let him equalise in second again, but make sure, he has not enough time for a second TD in any half. Perhaps you can score two? The thing is, once he is pushing towards your goal line, there is not much you can do with your crippled defense (/ team). That is why I suggest not to offer too much resistance, as it will only cost you players. Once you are down to 5 or less players, there won't be anything stopping him. And if a draw is all you need, this may do the trick. The problem is, you have to turn him over once, cause if you don't it will most probably end 2:1 for the orcs. So, better do it early with as much of your team still intact.

Hope this helps!

Kepp out of the orcs way, and go for a nice End to End game of BB. You score, he scores, you score ,he scores Not putting up much of a defence should allow you to get a tie without taking to much damage.

Thanxs all, i played the game and lose 2-1....

But it was a very nice & close game!

We won the toss and decided to receive first, despite of a good defense he scored on turn8 1st half...(no cas)

I draw on T2 second half, then on the kick off he turnovrerd because of his Troll who fall down on a block , i attacked but missed the second TD because of 1 missed Go For It after a +2dodge, a +4rerolled pickup and a rerolled 2+dodge (with the skill)...

Then the ball went in public and bounced on one of his goblin who counter attacked, aided by a solid cage... I couldn t come back he scored on T8 2nd half...

A good game with no cas... All depended on this bluddy GfI roll :pissed:
