DE lineman evolution

Here is my dark elf team after 4 games (2 wins 2 draws)

Lineman Block 19spp *rolled 10*
Lineman Kick 8 spp
Lineman 1 spp
Lineman 2 spp
Lineman 1 spp
Lineman 1 spp
Lineman Dodge 9 spp
Lineman 3 spp
Lineman Block 13 spp
Blitzer Block 0 spp (can’t even pick up the ball)
Blitzer Block +1 MA 6 spp
Witch Elf Frenzy, Dodge, Jump Up 3 spp


My question is the following:
My lineman n°1 got another advance and I rolled 10.

Do I turn him into a blitzer by taking the MA upgrade (the second of the team) or do I take the dodge skill as I intended first?

Take the MV increase. You can get Dodge later, but will you ever roll a 10 agin?

A 5th Blitzer is more handy than another dodgy lineman.

I think for ElvenStyle-play movement is more important then dodge,

I'll go with the MA as I tought, my only doubt is that this is a short term team and that for the 3 matches to go, a blodge player was maybe more useful than a third blitzer.

I'd go for Dodge myself. With six playesr already with MA 7 I don't think that it's important enough to get another one. But that's just me. :)

MA7 allows you to run to the opponents End zone without needing any GFI's in 2 turns. Dodge does not.

Therefore MV7 can be very handy!

I didn't say it wasn't handy; I just said that I didn't think another MA 7 player was necessary. :) If I wanted all my guys to have MA 7 I'd being playing Wood Elves. :wink:

Well I would like all my guys to be MA 7 and AV8. AV8 being more important, as they can earn MA 7.

Take the MA, it can be very useful, and for all you know you could get a double on the next skill, and then you have a fantastic blitzer in the making.

Speed kills - especially in BB. Movement is something you can't get with just any skill, and it should almost always be given serious consideration becasue it gives you so many more options on offence and defence.
