Hi Guys!

I don't think I'll give him the AG bonus. He has Dauntless and Dirty Player. I'm thinking Guard (2 CD's have it) or either one of Piling On or Mighty Blow. What do you think ?

Keep the AG increase. That way, you can field only two hobgoblins and still have 3 guys on the field who can pick up the ball on a 3+. Might even come in handy a couple times when you need to dodge for tactical reasons.

i'd go guard...it's too easy to bog down a CD with his low move.

If you really want to ignore the AG increase, piling on is the best choice. With dauntless, this player should be facing big guys often, and those have pretty high AV.

But why the hell did you give a chaos dwarf dirty player instead of a hobgoblin?

In our first season, we received SPP's on fouls, and it was his first skill. That's why ! I wouldn't do that now.

Go with the AG. Never hurts to have AG3 CD's about)

Plus you will have the ideal player to give a blunderbus to when they become official

There's only one reason to take +1AG on a dwarf blocker and one reason only: namely to be able to take leap on the next doubles! Oh... or was it that... hmmm. But seriously: if you use secret weapon rules he'll become quite a handy blunderbuss/etc guy.
Although I have to admit that the dauntless would be a bit of a waste then. Piling on, as Zombie said, is the obvious choice if you're not going for the AG increase.

Multiple Block would come in my mind but CD are way to slow to exploit a hole...
Go with Pilling On!

(and why does he has Dirty player? thats a skill for Hobogoblins!!)

Guard.

Or possibly Piling On (depending the quantity of dirty players in your league).

Seriously - there is no such thing as "too many 2-dice blocks".

mighty blow...that way if you tie the armor roll on the foul you can use mighty blow, meaning you still get +2 to inj. or if you only miss by one, use dp on the av roll and still get +1 to inj thru the mighty blow.

plus the normal blocking advantages that mightyblow always has. :)

Thanks for your replies guys!

I gave him Piling On. He has Dirty Player cause we used to get SPP's in our first season. We changed it afterward. But it still useful!
