Talk Fantasy Football

Some advice would be greatly appreciated. I am running a norse team and have 1190k to buy all the players, skills, inducements, etc. You cannot have more than two skills on a player and no more than two of the same skill on a team. Ideas?

i would go for sure: with 1 runner (surehands + dodge), 2 Ulf (Block+Guard), 1 linemen leader, 2 team rr and at least 13 players.
i would consider a killer (pilling on + mighty blow) on a berseker or on a yeti.

i could not have the yeti in a 13 players team with my 1st requierements... if you prefer the yeti i would drop the 2nd team RR (1 team RR + 1 leader RR, would be enough for a almost full block team, with surehands...)

What tourney is it?

The Black Hole Brawl. It's in Raleigh, NC next weekend.

I should mention that it's actually "no more than 40k in advancements" per player.

I know. That doesn't mean that someone else wouldn't want to offer an alternate build, though.

I like the first build, but does anyone have a build that could fit in both berzerkers? It is not a huge issue. I would like two runners and a berzerker, but don't think I can fit it in.

It's very easy, so long as you are prepared to do without Ulfs and the SnoT. For example:

2 'Zerks
2 Runners
2 Throwers
8 Linos
2 RRs

That's a TV of 102, leaving you room for 8 skills, such as:

2x Guard, 2x Dodge, Leader, S-Hands, 2x Tackle

I ended up taking babass's build and it was phenomenal. Went 2-1 in the tournament. I was 2-0 heading into round three at table two when I was paired up with chaos. Chaos is most of the time my weak link, but at the ACCC tournament, I took down a chaos team 3-1 with only three players left on the pitch.
The game was going pretty smooth until about turn 3-4 and my solo runner was knocked out. I attempted to capitalize, but we were down just enough to not be able to make a comeback. 1-0 loss. I finished 8th. In the format, I did not win or get any casualties or completions, which dropped me.
