Absolutely. I had a great game against Longfang today lost 1-0 (and 1-0 on cas) where he played defence brilliantly. Quite a few turnovers and sacks but really good use of TZ's to tie down my Orcs and restrict running lanes. Thankfully it was just a friendly as I failed the only 2 passes attempted in the game (rookie Humans vs my Orcs)
I just don't get how you can let someone score. Even in cases where you're trying to control the clock I still can't bring myself to let someone run past me.
As far as I'm concerned, every time the ball is kicked it's so I can score.
Its 3-1 your favor, u will have more players next drive but rite now your in target zone for his hitters. Let him score now so u can get a better field position next drive and concentrate on making sure your scoring attempt leaves no chance for him to steal the ball. Sometimes its better to concede one measly score in order to strengthen your position.

Yea I can see that but I just don't like to concede a goal without making it difficult for my opponant. You have to force your opponant into rolling dice to increase your chances in turning him over.

OK, maybe, but I still try to stop them scoring regardless. If not by wading in then at least by forcing dicerolls.
I find it hard to envisage a situation where I'm 3-1 and yet getting utterly pummelled to the point where I have to let them score. It also doesn't explain longshot's "I let you score quickly" call.

Your robot team is up against a Lycanthrope team and being pummeled into dirt and u want to force them to revert back to human form. Very ugly game in the Mbbl2 1st season.

Sure, there are times when I've had an opponent fail there first Block and in had an Easy 2 turns, or off a Quicksnap and scored in 1 turn. But if your always going to be that desperate about scoring you will need to roll 'tinny' dice when an opposing coach plays a good defensive game.
And not every team can score in 2 turns safely (because of speed constraints), nor in the case of Dwalfs, Orcs or Chaos want to score in 2 turns, which only sucks up turns meaning you can't get as many TD's through.
Unless the Coaches are agreeing to allow people to score every 2 turns for the sake of getting SPP's and making there teams better in the league (which would be beardy) then games arent going to get more than 4-5 TD's in them total.
That is not what i do... I only try to score in 2 turns or 3 each times.
Nobody let me score!! I score by my own play, not with agreement.
About the great score, that was what i tend to say:4/5 TD per game max. not as the said before. (if it is, it surely means agreement from the coaches....
