I've 2 Norse players who I consider the stars of my Norse team:
Ulf Johannsson: 7 3 4 7 Block, Catch, Dodge, Sidestep - He manged to scre 9 out of 14 TD's in a 10 game league, including 2 hat-tricks, and killed 2 oppo's.
"Dirty" Gunnar Hakum :- 6 3 3 7 Block, Dirty Player, Pro - Stats and skills nothing special, but he killed 9 oppo's in above league in 12 games, 3 more then nearest rival, and the opposition included mummies, a Kroxigor, troll slayer and Black Orcs.

Is Ulf Johannsson a made up SP or is he your very own home grown talent? A very big WOW! to Gunnar Hakum. They are some pritty nasty guys you have taken out. A special mention must be given for the taking out of the Troll Slayer. The only good Dwarf is a dead Dwarf!

They're both "home grown" players.
Ulf Johannsson just always seemed to be in there right place at the right time, either too catch a pass to score, or to pick up a droped ball. He also managed 2 interceptions!
Unortunately, I didn't explain Gunnar Hakam very well. I meant he caused more causalties than the listed players, not that he took them out (though he did injure a Mummy and kill a Black Orc).

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

My favourite Norse player has to be "The Wife":
The Wife - 6 3 2 7 Block, Frenzy, Jump Up, Tackle, Piling On, Pro - 26 Casualties and lost AG due to aging! I fully expect her to be killed any day now.
My other fave is:
Erik Skullhoofer - 8 3 3 7 Block, Tackle, Diving Tackle - Some of you may remember me mentioning him before. I wasn't if I should take the first MA upgrade. Well I'm glad I did cuz he got another one last week!

Yeah I've got alot of characters on my Norse teams over the years...
Ressen Skullcracker(Lineman) - 6 4 2 7 Block, Tackle, Dodge
Ressen was the only mini that I painted on the team with a white beard. He is the father of at least 4 players on the team and maybe more...including sons Ook and Tanor.
Sven the Berserk 6 3 3 7 Block, Frenzy, J Up, Dirty Player, Pro, Strip Ball
I gave him DP first because at the time, SPP's were awarded for fouling. He scored an impressive 18 casualties in just 10 games. Thing is, only a couple of those were from fouling. The guy just knew how to hurt people. He was feared, but not because of his skills.
