Does 'Grab' work on a Blitz action?

Quick question... Does 'Grab' work during a 'Blitz' action? The wording of the skill is "Only during a block action" but then it says "During a block or Blitz action Grab & Sidestep cancel each other out". Does this mean you can only choose the position of your enemy during a Block but Grab still cancels out Sidestep even during a Blitz where you can't choose their position?

The answer to your second question is yes.
You have Grab, target has nothing:
Block Action: choose destination
Blitz Action: pushback as normal
You have Grab, target has SS:
Block Action: pushback as normal
Blitz Action: pushback as normal

That's what I thought... Thanks for the clarification. It's not one that I've seen used a lot so just wanted to check!
