Handicaps and the coaching staff

This applies specifically to the "Mickey Finn" result, but is more generally applicable to understanding certain Blood Bowl terms:
The "Mickey Finn" result on the handicap table indicates that "a member of the opposing team's coaching staff" is unavailable for the match. Does this term mean simply the Head and Assistant coaches, or can the result also be applied to Cheerleaders and the Apothecary?
As I have interpreted the rule, the "coaching staff" includes All non-player members of the team - is this correct?
Thanks in advance
