Can anyone tell me why handoff is changed so you could use it only in your action ? (under older versions of the rules you could handoff the ball even when the player has already used up his action)

I didn't thought the old rule very unbalancing....

I think that they reduce the power of Hand-off to limit the AG team to rules the games as they already reduce the power of MB, fouling....

I thought it would reduce the effectiveness of ALL teams under this new rule. Now it could happen when you blitz the ball carrier that the ball scatters to a player that has already moved - so you wouldn't have any chance to bring the ball to safety.

Of course would Strength-based teams be in advantage for the mayham that follows after this ...

I think it should be optional to catch the ball. But Hand-Off was a little bit too powerful before. With the new rules both strength and agility teams have had to change their tactics a little but not alot...

Of course, when you are able to chose to catch the ball or not when it scatters in your square, then the hand-off rules are okay as they are.

I am really curious how they are going to change (or leave) that
