Just because this came up in the game I played on Monday and I wanted to check my ruling was right....I'm 99% sure on it but I've been that sure on certain things before.

My Dwarfs vs a Bunch of Norse who I had a knack of KOing but not actually hurting.
My opponent sends his Blitzer on a blitz. he uses all his MA, and a GFI to get next to my Ball carrier. He used his second GFI to throw a block. He then tried to argue that, despite having used both his GFIs he could throw a second block for free because he was frenzying.
I told him not to be daft.
He was convincd. We eventually diced for it and I won (it was a two dice against block too...).

WAS I RIGHT?

Of course you are right.
Throwing a block during a blitz always uses up a point of movement, so if you don't have the movement, you don't get the block.

Now, I'll leave a rules guru to point us to the right rule and page number reference.

Yeah you are right Thads:

Code: Select all

If the frenzied player is taking a Blitz action and runs out of
normal movement, he can stop attacking (ie, he does not have
to throw the additional block), although he can Go For It to
throw the block if you want him to – assuming he still has go for
it squares left of course.

of course, your MA cant be more than your MA...
