Handicap question: Buzzing.

Quick question:
BUZZING! One of your players has gone heavy on the coffee in anticipation of today's game. For this match only he gains the Jump Up trait and the Frenzy trait, but will automatically fail any attempt to pick up or catch the ball.
Is this one player chosen by me, or chosen at random?

I would believe it's chosen by you, since it doesn't say "one randomly selected player on your team..."

I'll be honest - I no longer remember. I believe it was supposed to be "coach's choice," although this frequently negates the ball-handling restriction.
Until October, play it as you think best in your league.

We'll probably go with choice player - although a big guy with jump up, frenzy (and piling on?) sounds scary.
Wait till october?
Is the rumour true?
We'll a somewhat more potent handicap table be released?

The Handicap table is up for review in October. I have a few ideas on tweaking it, based largely on feedback from other coaches. For the moment, that's all the news that's fit to print
