Can Leap be used during an Pass Block move?

Can Leap be used during an Pass Block move?
I saw a recent thread about Pass Block and what can and can't be used with it. But I have wondered about using Leap during the 3 square move. It seems that you could. If you're running to get in the way it seems that you could leap into the square you need to be.
