Hypnotic Gaze and some other question

I had some question after I read the errata.
1.So how often I can use it? Can I use it more than ones during turn?
2.Can I use it in opponet turn?
3.Can i use it only after Move action, or can i move to prone player, than use hypnotic gaze on nearby standing player and than foul prone player.
Same with Blitz action.
4. Can I use reroll on Bloodlust roll?
5. If i had Nerves of steel can i ignore -1 penalty only from one player or from all nearby player.
6. Same as 5 but Stunty, but I think that is same answer
THX.

Well it is usuable only during a Move Action and since it sends the action each player with HGaze can only use it once a turn. But each player with HGaze may use it once a turn.
2.Can I use it in opponet turn?
You can only use it during a Move action since you cannot have a Move action during your opponent's turn ... No
3.Can i use it only after Move action, or can i move to prone player, than use hypnotic gaze on nearby standing player and than foul prone player.
Again ... you can only use it during a Move action so you cannot use it during a Foul action.
Same with Blitz action.
You can only use it during a Move action ... so No you cannot use it during a Blitz action.
4. Can I use reroll on Bloodlust roll?
Yes, both Pro and team re-rolls (or other re-rolls) can be used on the Bloodlust roll.
5. If i had Nerves of steel can i ignore -1 penalty only from one player or from all nearby player.
Nerves of Steel would not effect the Hypnotic Gaze roll.
6. Same as 5 but Stunty, but I think that is same answer
Stunty would not allow you to ignore the TZs for the Hypnotic Gaze roll.

sorry Galak, but I think that in Questions 5 and 6, he was asking something different. It had nothing to do with H.Gaze
And I think the answers for those Qs are that he can ignore all the -1 penalties.

Re-read his question. He is asking about Hypnotic Gaze. Hypnotic Gaze now is an agility roll with a -1 penalty for each opposing TZ on you not including the victims.
So since Nerves of Steel allows you to ignore opposing TZ he wanted to know if he helped Hypnotic Gaze as well. Same thing for Stunty since it ignores opposing TZs in a way.
Questions 5 and 6 were definitely about the new Hypnotic Gaze.

dunno... i have to agree with juggernaut that he was likely asking if NoS allowed you to ignore only one TZ or all TZ's on the player. same Q for stunty. i think 5 & 6 were the "and some other questions" the thread title referenced. but maybe not

anyway, in case he was asking about HG, Galak answered, and in case he wasn't, the answer is: you can ignore ALL the TZ with NoS and Stunty.

But NOS only works for Passes and Stunty only for Dodges.

That's not correct Dr. Doom - NoS works for catches and interceptions, too!

I meant 5 and 6 as a different question.
And again to q2. In rules is written u can use it only after the end of Move action, BUT the opponent has also a Move action a also sometimes his move action ends
BTW, THX for answers
To NoS: My player have NoS, nearby is 2 opponents players. I have -1 penaly or no penalty?

Its definetly YOUR Move action that counts, not the opponent one(s) nor the ones of your fellow players!!
You have no Penalty. NoS (and Stunty) lets you ignore ALL TZ modifiers (for certain actions).
@Juggernaut
Whoops, my bad!

Its definitely ONLY that player's Move action that can be used for HGaze.

Ok. Here's something I was thinking about - a vampire with Pass Block. I know that Pass Block doesn't specifically say that it is a Move Action, but it does say that the move "...is made using all of the normal rules...". So can this vampire use Hypnotic Gaze after moving during the Pass Block move?

Pass block is not a Move Action.
You Cannot use HG during a Pass Block

You have to remember that moving and move action are different concepts - just as a block and a block action are different concepts.

Yep, you're right. In terms of game balance it would probably be too powerful. Hypnotic gaze the intended receiver on the pass block turn - can't catch the ball = Turnover!
Thanks.
