Too many rule changes...

It is for me.
I don't memorize things the first time through. I have to read them a couple times. Then when you don't have any idea exactly what is changed and you are told that nothing has changed it's hard to find the exact place that 4 or 5 word sentences have been omitted or where some rule has been slightly altered. The BBRC made a point of saying that 1.3 was only altered for typos and that no rules were changed. Why did they say that if it was untrue?
Basically what I'm saying is that I don't like reading the same book every month searching for subtle differences. I have better things to do than to play guessing games with a book that's only supposed to change once a year.
Andy just posted here and said absolutely nothing about his edits of the book and we have no indication that this sort of thing will stop.
