Yes. The only rolls that skills/traits cannot be stacked upon is armour or injury. :lol:

Also as Prehensile Tail is a trait is is "always on", so there is always a -1 to the roll (cancelling the +1 to dodge) and you can apply the additional -2 from Diving Tackle AFTER the dodge roll has been made, if necessary.
