Move 2 and Jump Up

As stated I used it but the reason I didn't find though is probably because I didn't go back far enough. What with the rules changing and those linked threads being from 2008 and 2007 there is a lot of out of date information.

Go back too far and you may start playing with rules that have since been changed. I don't mind people being pointed to using the search function. My experience online knows that a lot of people won't bother to use it, though there is a nice way to direct them to make use of it, especially from community staff.

Without the rules questions being split up into edition/versions it can sometimes be safer to still ask. Though again some forums will not like thread necromancy, sometimes you just can't win, the dice just seem to go against you! 8)

Jump Up states they "...stand up for free without paying the three squares of movement..."

As I read it, "without paying the three squares of movement", is just reminder text. The skill would not change at all if that was removed, and "stand up for free" is hard to argue against.

Was leaning the other way until reading the exact wording(which is a lesson everyone should take, but no one will).

Interesting enough, we must be so cutthroat now because the CRP removed the old page 5 that explained what each player stat actually was.

Heh. The wording actually can be construed as vague if you look at the sentences under standing up as separate rules not having anything to do with each other. But yeah, doing that is pretty cutthroat.
