Casualty and Apoc

Do you still get SPP for causing a casualty if it's healed by an Apocothary?

And how do you take back SPP you awarded a player in the PBEM program for causing a casualty? (Or for anything else, for that matter?)

Alternatively just adjust your Team Roster with a HTML Editor, or adjust in Team tracker. If he gets a Skill Roll because of it, just don't roll for the skill.

You still get SPPs if a casualty is healed?

I wish I'd known this when I killed a Minotaur and his stupid arse got back up.

Someone "official" who can confirm this, or is there somewhere in the book I can look, just to prove it to my Commish?

No need to ... you get SPP for any casualty you do, even if the apoth heals the player ...

You won't get any SPP for throwing a player to the crowd and get injured, or for fouling under the new rules ..
