Multiple Illegal Procedures?

We don't use the time rule anymore but you've got digital cooking timers for that! (Try Blokker(NL)) :smoking:

We use stop watches on mobiles, and it is up to the opposing coach to follow the time. At four minutes he can call for turn ending, but the active coach can end his current action (without delays).
