Voted, although as Pritchard is driving this forward, i think he may already have timescales for this, and i dont think its right to start moving on without his input.

I offered to collect the team on completion and PM'd him to get his thoughts. He was happy for that to go ahead, but as regards planning everything thats still in his court and i think we should respect that he was the person who started the thread, until he indicates otherwise.
