As nice as that was Sir Pugsley, I preferred your treeman conversion. It's always worth showing that again for anyone who hasn't seen it.

I have a LOT of converted minis 8) , but I guess my favourite is still my Norse Thrower (AKA my Avatar)... such a shame he's never even taken the field. Shortly after finishing him the Norse roster changed and Catchers lost Catch  , which, IMHO, makes Throwers of less value..

anyhoo..

PS - Pug, love the Flesh Golem mate, but your pics are a bit big ain't they?

Still the best "Norse" thrower around anywhere.

Here's mine. Might have a better pic up in a few weeks when/if I find time to paint.

My favourite conversions have been the Halfling and goblins I did...
A friend had a halfling team, one of which had killed a Troll!!! We decided that George The Troll Slayer would want to become George 'The Troll' Slayer. Because he wanted to be a troll he found a troll costume to dress in, unfortunately it's one of those really bad theme park costumes and you can clearly see his face in the mouth. Also being a halfling it's obviously modelled on Cookie Monster.

Looking at the GW Goblins I noticed that the poses seemed ideal for superheroes... so I started chopping little bits off and sculpting extra bits on and came up with Bruise Payne the Batgobbo

And Lodahn, the Wolverine inspired Gobbo

I've got another simple goblin conversion which is a 'Venom' goblin, and have had a Doc Ock goblin planned for a while, but never seem to get round to doing him...
