Very, very pretty.
But I'm not sure I'd have so many players lying on their asses...

Yeah they're quite cool actually. The colour scheme is proven to work and this edition of the Elves were probably better as Darkelves anyway, with their hideously scarred and disfigured faces and all.
Some of the poses are a bit too horizontal. Sure, the manga twist is a good one (seen in some other aspects of the miniatures as well?) and especially befitting Elves, but they are not wearing jet paks.
The painting has been executed to a good standard. I like black-lining on Blood Bowl figures and it lends itself even better to an anime-inspired team (I will just go on assuming that was your intended effect anyways).
Some constructive critiscism:
1. You have combined a cool shading regime (on the black) with a warm one (on the red and the off-white/bone). You pull it off, but I think the team would look even better if they were completely cool or warm.
2. When doing war-paint or similar on a Blood Bowl team I would decide on ONE theme and stick to it over the team for a greater sense of unity. You got some good ideas there with the Japanese-inspired painted facemasks, but I sense that some of the team members have tattoos/war-paint/etc on entirely different themes. Go full on with the Japanese/anime touch, you are obviously good at it!

Well, wow. That is a very nice theme. Of all the facepaint scheme, I think the unmasked Blitzers look the best. This team in quite inspiring, very nice work.

These models look great, Pakulkan. I especially love the handprint on Black Russian's mask. A nice touch.
And I love the low angles on some of the players; it really gets across the Dark Elf playing style of going for the knees.
Great work.

So, really, this team is not really manga inspired. I've just token the Arsenal so-so colour scheme to perform the Darksenal scheme, that's more or less the way to do in LBN league, in wich ALL our teams are based (at least the name) in real football teams. That's why they are Bone plus Red, taking out the clour theory.
The initial idea was make all the blitzers masks in a kabuki (japanese theatre) fashion. But with the third blitzer, I was thinking that, okay, they are the stars of the team, so, let's give they personalized masks, as I think that happens in the real BB world...or in the ice hockey instead.
Finally, the tatoos just follow all of they the "Dark Elf" fashion in WH, and I choose the purple for that because I want a neutral (in some extend) colour but a contrast against the skin too. I think that purple is in the way of Red/Crimson and is enough different to don't become sticky with this red.
Anycase, thank you all for your suggestions and encouraging opinions!

Let me guess - They play beautiful bloodbowl, but tend to wear down over the course of a season through injury? Never pip the Championship, but hey, they have never been out of the Naggaroth first division.

Nope, there are 2 Goblinforge figs in there. The rest are a combo of BB pro elf figs, Warhammer darkies, and Darkie plastics

Not darkie plastics, hoomin, just Pro elfs, WH witches, the goblinforge runners and lots of green stuff
