Converting a Necro Team

Hi all,
I was thinking to do a converted Necro team. I am toying with the following ideas:
- Mordheim Ghouls for Ghouls (or combine snips of BB Ghouls and Mordheim Ghouls)
- Mordheim Zombies or Vampire Counts Zombie Sprue plus Bilerot Vomitflesh for Zombies
- BB Flesh Golem plus Frank N Stein for Flesh Golems
- Wilhelm Chaney and possibly a Reaper Werewolf mini for Werewolves
- WFB Wights for Wights (although their poses are not very dynamic)
The largest problem is to create the BB look, especially for Mordheim Ghouls and Zombies/Vampire Counts Zombies, and a Reaper Were mini. I was thinking of adding some shoulder pads (I like Chaos Space Marine #17 most) but that might not be enough - how to achieve BB-like wrist bands, straps, helmets, belts, clothing (especially for the Werewolf), etc.? Apart from Greenstuff would you be able to recommend some GW sprues or bitz?
Ta,
Michal
